As the Managing Partner of Williams & Company, Elvin oversees and coordinates the delivery of services to our clients. He has over twenty years of public accounting, corporate and entrepreneurial business experience.

Elvin has extensive experience working with construction, colleges and universities, healthcare, technology, not-for-profit and state and local government clients, performing audits, agreed-upon procedures and other attestation services, as well as providing fraud and internal control services. His experience also includes audits of Employee Benefit Plans including cash balance, welfare benefit plans and traditional pension plans. He has also been involved in several acquisitions and specializes in accounting for business combinations.

Elvin began his career at a regional accounting firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of audit work for entities ranging from large nationally recognized companies to small not-for-profit organizations.

Elvin received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, and his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Fordham University. Licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Florida and New York, Elvin is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
